Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information.

You will also assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects.

Additionally, you will help prepare reports, presentations, and data, manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings, type documents, drafts, and reports, arrange schedules for meeting space and conference room, assist with travel itinerary, update staff calendars and organize schedules, and prepare information and research for executive needs.
