Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support for our users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support via various channels. You will diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware and software, conduct thorough research to identify optimal solutions, and advise users on procedures and best practices to prevent future issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Conduct research to identify optimal solutions
- Advise users on procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Identify and resolve POS hardware problems
- Perform cabling tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per year
