We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service.
About the Position
- Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial automation sector
- Strong understanding of industrial control and automation applications, products, and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $130,000/year, plus commission, health insurance, 401(k) plan, and other benefits.
