Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our ICU department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and diagnoses, providing top-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU department
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
