As a Critical Care Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs. Our state-of-the-art facility features the latest equipment, including ceiling lifts, and is staffed at a 1:3-4 patient ratio, consistent with national standards of care.
Responsibilities
Provides continuous cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia recognition and intervention.
Initiates and titrates multiple complex cardiac-related infusions at higher doses.
Manages high-flow and bipap patients.
Manages patients with acute neurological/neurosurgical events.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
Previous PCU or ICU experience preferred.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or attainment within six months of hire.
