We are seeking an experienced Director of Cybersecurity to join our team at Franklin Fitch. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading our security operations and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Responsibilities:

  • Security Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Incident Response and Management: Lead our incident response team and ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Develop and implement security awareness training programs for our employees.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our security operations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in cybersecurity
  • 4+ years' experience in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of security protocols and principles
  • Experience with SIEM, network security, and endpoint security
  • Experience with PCI compliance
  • Azure cloud experience
