VP of Paid Media Director

The RoleWe're seeking a visionary and strategic VP of Paid Media to drive the growth of our digital direct-to-consumer brand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for scaling our marketing efforts, leveraging a multi-million-dollar budget to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in performance marketing, team leadership, and creative strategy will be instrumental in shaping our brand's presence and driving customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Work closely with our data team to evolve our attribution model, optimizing marketing mix and ROI across channels.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape, informing future marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Partner with our lifecycle team to drive customer activation and retention, maximizing long-term value.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to inform marketing decisions and improve website and customer funnel performance.
- 8+ years of direct experience in paid acquisition, with a proven track record of scaling digital DTC brands.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and driving results-oriented strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Expertise in analytics, testing methods, and BI tools, including Google Analytics and Sigma.
- Experience working in DTC, retail, or subscription companies, with a bonus for experience in digital health.
- Genuine passion for healthcare and sleep conditions.
