Multi-room Developments & Industrial Facilities. A significant portion of their projects involves new construction.


Project budgets range from £5 million to £20 million, with contracts being awarded through both negotiated and competitive processes.

Role Responsibilities:


As a Junior Cost Estimator, you will be pivotal in overseeing, guiding, and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Collaborating closely with a Senior Cost Estimator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Your primary objective will be to manage construction expenses and optimize profit margins while delivering value for our clients and meeting the necessary standards and quality.


Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Junior Cost Estimator
Located within a reasonable commuting distance of West Midlands
Experience in Industrial or Multi-room projects (not mandatory)
Background in the Construction sector with a main contractor
