About the Role

River Ridge Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to licensed nurses
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
