About Your New Role...
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and providing insightful financial guidance to the Directors. This newly established position will allow you to become part of a stable finance team that fosters a supportive and sociable culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management
- Manage the complete P&L, cash flow statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations
- Supervise payroll processed by team members and act as a backup when necessary
- Lead the budgeting process
- Prepare statutory reports and coordinate with external accountants as needed
- Prepare and submit BAS, GST, and FBT
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Provide critical analysis in sales and inventory
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and support team members

About You...
- CPA or CA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar comprehensive role managing all financial aspects of the business
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license
- You are a proactive communicator who can work independently as well as collaboratively
- You actively seek opportunities to add value in all areas of your responsibilities
