Clinical Therapist for Neurodevelopmental Care

Job OverviewThis full-time position as Clinical Therapist for Neurodevelopmental Care involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a passion for working with children, and a willingness to adapt to new situations.
Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning: Establish speech and language treatment goals using standardized assessment tools and collaborate with the team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Therapy Sessions: Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as group and co-treats with other disciplines, to promote effective communication and integration.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Family Engagement: Collaborate with patients and their families to understand their values, interests, and goals, and provide education on home programs to support treatment.
- Program Development: Contribute to the development of programs that consider all aspects of a child's life, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social activities.
- Education: Master's degree required.
- Licensure and Certification: Current and unrestricted license or certification required to practice within your clinical domain, with the ability to obtain cross-state licensure as needed.
- Clinical Skills: Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and openness to learning and adapting to new situations.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,066.67 to $106,333.33, based on your skill level, experience, education level, and location.
