Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to children with neurodevelopmental differences.


About the Role

This is a part-time position that involves working with multi-disciplinary teams to create collaborative treatment plans and integrative strategies. As a Pediatric Speech Therapist at Cortica, you will:

  • Establish speech and language treatment goals through standardized assessment tools
  • Consult closely with team members to create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual therapy sessions as well as group and/or co-treats with other disciplines
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations
  • Develop receptive and expressive language skills while considering sensory processing, regulation, and motor differences

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • A current and unrestricted license and/or certification to practice in your clinical domain
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences
  • Flexibility and openness to learning new approaches and techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $46.01-$57.51 per hour, based on your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
