We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote communication, socialization, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and goals;">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans;">
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, including play-based interventions and goal-oriented activities;">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations;">
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress;">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field;">
  • A current, unrestricted license to practice in your clinical domain;">
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working with children;">
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;">
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products;">
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols;">
