Key Responsibilities:
1. Uphold the commitment to exemplary service in all guest interactions, adhering to the established service standards.
2. Conduct thorough audits of room revenue, food and beverage sales, and telecommunication charges to ensure accuracy; assist in generating relevant financial reports.
3. Verify and balance all room tax assessments, cashier summaries, and guest account records.
4. Prepare and submit daily financial reports along with necessary documentation to maintain precise accounting of hotel revenues and expenditures.
5. Supervise and mentor the night audit team, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and effective training.
6. Assist in setting up the complimentary breakfast service, including food preparation and supply management.
7. Act as the security liaison during designated times throughout the shift.
8. Facilitate communication with the finance department to address any discrepancies and provide necessary information.
9. Register guests, issue room keys, and offer insights on hotel amenities and loyalty programs.
10. Process all financial transactions accurately, including cash and credit card operations, in line with established protocols.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with night auditing processes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Basic mathematical skills and experience with financial software are preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
