Customer Experience Manager for Radiology Services

As a Customer Experience Manager for Radiology Services at OC Orange 100, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their diagnostic journey.
You will be responsible for leading a team of patient service representatives, providing guidance and training to ensure that they deliver world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of patient service representatives, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and recent medical/radiology office experience preferred.
$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
