About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager for Radiology Services at OC Orange 100, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their diagnostic journey.

You will be responsible for leading a team of patient service representatives, providing guidance and training to ensure that they deliver world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of patient service representatives, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and recent medical/radiology office experience preferred.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
