Instructor Caregiver for Day Program-West Covina

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Day Program Instructor Caregiver to support our clients in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement daily routines for clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Support clients in vocational and leisure activities, promoting their independence and self-advocacy.
- Transport clients to and from their homes and facilities, ensuring their safe and timely arrival.
- Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, and evaluate client needs, ensuring their individualized program plans are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid California Driver's License.
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification preferred.
- First Aid/CPR certification required.
