Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at America's Best. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of customers through the store, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by managing the flow of customers through the store.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in accordance with company protocol.
- Process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary documentation from insurance companies.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Monitor order status and notify customers of any delays or updates.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, as well as maintain office supplies.
- Participate in regular communication meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of related experience or training is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
