Job Title: Systems Administrator on the Fenwick Program

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in an agile scrum framework to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of diverse Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Oversee IT systems, ensuring daily operations, monitoring, and resolving issues for all client/server/storage/network devices.
  • Apply patches and enhance the security of Linux RedHat OS while collaborating with Security personnel to safeguard against Cyber Threats.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in Linux system administration.
  • Familiarity with software practices and configuration management.
  • Proficiency in scripting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in patching and hardening RedHat OS.
  • Knowledge of RedHat OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with AWX.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Security+ Certification.
  • Linux Certifications.
  • Experience with cloud migrations and the latest CI/CD tools and technologies is advantageous.
Security Clearance Requirement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.
