Job Summary

Vibrantz Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at our Penn Yan, NY chemical facility. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, as well as the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including kilns, jet mills, blenders, mixers, dryers, forklifts, screening equipment, pulverizers, and ball mills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality control metrics.
  • Collaborate with production management and other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a chemical or process manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and practices a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Night shift experience a plus.
