Job Overview:

As an Information Systems Senior Manager at GDIT, you will play a critical role in transforming technology into opportunities for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.
  • Oversee the oversight of teams, including User Account Management, Tier 2 Remote Support, COE Remote Support, TPAM Support, and Problem Management.
  • Deputy to Operations Director, providing backup support to Availability Management, Change Management, Service Delivery, and Enterprise Management teams.
  • Escalation point for complex issues within the Operations Framework.
  • Approve ServiceNow tickets for requests from Operations employees.
  • Monitor SLAs and adjust team posture to improve performance.
  • Work with the Program Management Office to resolve operational and customer-impacting issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in enterprise IT services.
  • TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
