Key Responsibilities- Establish clear treatment goals and provide clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions.
- Direct the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate.
- Provide clinical support for individuals and their families to overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.
- Offer support, education, and guidance to assist in developing structure, routines, effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety, and behavioral plans.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to identify and utilize long-term community supports and natural supports.
- A supportive work environment and open-door policy.
- Encouragement to pursue passions and collaborate closely with other team members.
- An emphasis on professional development, with internal and external training opportunities provided and encouraged.

- A Master's degree in social work (MSW), mental health counseling (MHC), or a related field (LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, BCBA, LADC, etc.).

- A valid driver's license with insured transportation and a willingness to travel throughout the region to clients' homes.
- Ability to pass a background check, driving, and other record checks.
