We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. The successful candidate will have a valid PA RN license, 1 year of RNAC experience, and experience in LTC. A competitive salary of $65,000 per year is offered for this position.

Responsibilities include conducting and coordinating the completion of the resident assessment, coordinating the RAI process, and developing and implementing quality assurance programs. The RNAC will also participate in facility surveys and monitor QI and QM reports.

Preferred qualifications include 1 year or more of ICD-10-CM Coding and SNF insurance reviewing experience. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and weekly staff appreciation events.
