Daytime Clinical Coordinator

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Daytime Clinical Coordinator to join our team at UPMC Altoona Regional Health Services. As a member of our care delivery team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities during daytime hours
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the facility is located or multistate license issued by a participating NLC state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
