Job Summary

This role supports sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store and coordinates all aspects of floorcovering installation through independent contractors to service wholesale floorcovering customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying qualified floorcovering installers and schedule installation to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure installation is conducted consistently with company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Support the Branch Manager in reviewing new and existing floorcovering installer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Determine floorcovering installation training needs and provide training as required.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering products, operating floorcovering cutting equipment, and installing floorcovering.
  • Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute and ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
