At John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator Rapid Response Team RN Nights to join our team. As a Clinical Coordinator Rapid Response Team RN Nights, you will play a critical role in responding to urgent patient needs and assisting nursing staff in acute situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to urgent patient needs and assist nursing staff in acute situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide therapeutic care and improve patient outcomes.
- Implement safe, competent, and efficient patient care within policies, procedures, and standards.
- Document the nursing process to reflect a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of specific plans to address identified issues.
- Current RN License
- BSN or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Current American Heart Association ACLS
- Current American Heart Association PALS, or within 90 days of hire
- Current American Academy of Pediatrics NRP, or within 90 days of hire
- Crisis Preventive Institute (CPI) Training, or within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of three (3) years RN experience
- Minimum of two (2) years Critical Care, Emergency Room, Intermediate/Progressive/Step-Down Care, preferred
- Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to present self in a positive and professional manner
- Computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Electronic Medical Record experience with Cerner, preferred
- 20K Sign on Bonus
- Night mid-shifts (midnight to 1230)
