EEG Technician II Part Time Nights

Job Summary:
The Electroencephalographic Technician performs neurodiagnostic procedures according to the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists guidelines. This role is responsible for test set up, electrode application, and maintaining patient safety during clinically significant events. The successful candidate will provide findings, results, and descriptive analysis according to facility policy and procedures. Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Work Hours and Location:
This part-time position requires 24 hours of work, with nights from 8:00pm-8:30am, on-call shifts, and rotating weekend shifts approximately once every 8-10 weeks. The work location is Saint Petersburg, FL.
Qualifications:
- BLS Certification
- Registered EEG Technologist
- At least one year of experience
- Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred, or Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic program with a minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion, or equivalent achievement
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $22.34-$35.75 per hour, with compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
