Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to participants and their circle of support
  • Coordinate with Independent Facilitators and Regional Center staff to ensure a smooth intake process
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of participant information
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the intake process
