Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
As a Nurse Aide, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and receiving reports regarding residents at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assisting residents in preparing for various activities both within and outside the facility.
- Providing basic nursing care as required for residents.
- Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
- Meeting residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
- Adhering to established departmental, facility, and corporate policies and procedures, including quality improvement and safety standards.
- Participating in scheduled training and educational programs to enhance the quality of care.
- Carrying out other related tasks as assigned or requested.
