Qualifications & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

As a Nurse Aide, your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in and receiving reports regarding residents at the beginning and end of your shift.
  • Addressing resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assisting residents in preparing for various activities both within and outside the facility.
  • Providing basic nursing care as required for residents.
  • Creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Meeting residents' food service needs promptly and compassionately.
  • Adhering to established departmental, facility, and corporate policies and procedures, including quality improvement and safety standards.
  • Participating in scheduled training and educational programs to enhance the quality of care.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as assigned or requested.
