We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Hospice team as a Part Time Nurse Clinician. In this role, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with the IDG to anticipate changes in patient condition and promote patient and family choice
  • Ensure continuity of care and enhance the quality of life for dying patients
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric experience required
