Role Responsibilities:
This position necessitates access to controlled technology as outlined in the Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be authorized to access such technology prior to commencing work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, oversight, and execution of reliability and serviceability assessments, including accelerated life testing and environmental stress screening.
  • Collaborating with engineers and project leaders to identify and prioritize risks associated with system functionality, advocating for effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contributing to the development of a comprehensive vision and strategy for the deployment of new reliability tools across various engineering disciplines.
  • Supporting cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and improving vendor quality control.

Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Reliability Engineering is preferred, along with:

  • Proven experience in collaborating with product engineering and marketing teams to address product reliability challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of statistics and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives.
