We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Surgical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to surgical patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest surgical techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
