About the Role

As a Surgical Technician at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in the preparation and care of surgical patients. Under the direction of the RN Manager of the Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will assist in the preparation and care of patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. Your expertise will be essential in assisting with surgical procedures in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and performing routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with surgical procedures in the Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Prepare and care for surgical patients
  • Perform routine and delegated duties according to departmental policies
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Washington Surgical Technologist Registration
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Preferred qualifications: Coursework/Training and Graduation from an Accredited Training Program
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • 1 year of Surgical Technologist scrub experience
