Job Summary:

The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated project team focused on upgrading PeopleSoft Financials. The core responsibilities include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties may include project activities such as documentation and system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training curricula for ERP systems
  • Conduct training sessions in person and remotely
  • Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively
  • Collaborate with a diverse team using collaboration tools in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
  • Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  • Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience working with the Scrum framework
