Job Opportunity: Flexologist

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Flexologist to join our team. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through sales and outreach efforts
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is available for client use
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes all clients
  • Excellent communication skills and a empathetic approach
  • Ability to connect with clients and help them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training

Compensation details: $25-$27 Hourly Wage
