Job Title: Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Instructor

SLX Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive and engaging experience
  • Build and retain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client appointments
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to SLX Holdings LLC policies and safety rules
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes all clients
  • Fantastic communication skills and a high level of empathy
  • Must be able to connect with clients and help them achieve their goals
  • Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to SLX Holdings LLC attendance policies
  • Must be available to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training

As a part-time position, this role has the potential to become full-time as clients are added to your book of business. Compensation details: $22-$25 per hour for stretching members, with additional hours available at $10 per hour when not stretching. We will discuss all details during the interview process.
