Job Summary

Guidehouse is seeking highly skilled Application Review Specialists to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As an Application Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing customer-provided information and applications, ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit customer-provided information and applications
  • Update documents and maintain accurate records
  • Provide high-level customer service via inbound and outbound calls
  • Work in a deadline-driven environment with a focus on process efficiency
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more of experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications
  • Process-oriented with a proven track record of attention to detail
  • Experience delivering success in repeatable processes and outcomes
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint and Adobe PDF interfaces
  • Ability to respond to time-sensitive task requests
