Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive listing coordinator to join our team at IDEAL Real Estate. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our agents and clients throughout the listing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage seller transactions from initial contact to executed contract, freeing up agents to focus on customer service.
  • Coordinate listing information, including property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research.
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers' disclosures, and other documents.
  • Maintain listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Organize showing schedules and communicate with agents to understand best practices and increase homes sold.
Requirements
  • College experience preferred but not required.
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client.
  • Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one.
  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued.
  • Able to convey information well in both written and verbal formats.
