Cloud Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team at OneStream Software. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our customer environments, including provisioning, maintaining, and monitoring performance. You will also be an escalation point for customer support requests and work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of operations throughout various locations and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Customer environment implementation and software configuration
Perform environment updates and software upgrades
Provide excellent customer service and support
Monitor customer environments through Azure alerts and Operations Management Suite
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Troubleshoot production issues and perform on-call duties
Requirements
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
AZ900 highly desired, or actively working towards Azure certification
2+ years network engineering and infrastructure experience
Proven experience as help desk technician or similar customer service role
Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred but not required
