Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Bartender to become a vital part of our energetic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Supervise the bar area to uphold Company standards and quality
  • Consistently comply with health and safety regulations
  • Serve craft cocktails and food to guests, promoting upselling
  • Follow Mystery Shopper guidelines and Service Standards
  • Assist management in training and resolving issues during busy periods
  • Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused, and sales-oriented attitude
  • Work collaboratively across departments to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and inventory management of the workspace
  • Complete daily checklists for opening, turnover, and closing
  • Manage product rotation and update inventory records as needed
  • Communicate any changes in wine selections to front-of-house staff
