We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, restoring properties to their pre-loss condition, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency water damage calls and assess damage to properties
  • Extract water and remove damaged materials from properties
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment to ensure efficient drying processes
  • Assist in cleaning and restoration activities to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift 100lbs and move heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service or construction background
  • IICRC and NADCA certification for Water
  • Prior training in water remediation
