Job Title: Water Damage Restoration Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, restoring properties to their pre-loss condition, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency water damage calls and assess damage to properties
  • Extract water and remove damaged materials, setting up drying equipment as needed
  • Monitor progress of jobs and ensure timely completion
  • Assist Crew Chief in coordinating restoration efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 100lbs and move heavy equipment
  • Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to write legibly and maintain accurate records
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Service or construction background
  • IICRC and NADCA certification for Water
  • Prior training in water remediation
