HR - Learning & Development Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)

As a Learning & Development Specialist at H Mart, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees. This includes developing workshops, training sessions, and blended learning programs that are optimized for our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs using the ADDIE model, ensuring content is accurate and applicable to our business.
- Work closely with internal subject matter experts to create and update relevant L&D programs.
- Manage blended learning programs integrated with our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct in-person training sessions at H Mart locations, including traveling to various regions.
- Identify and develop internal trainers, providing coaching and resources to strengthen their instructional abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in retail or customer-facing environments.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE model and experience in program development and LMS platforms preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse groups of employees.
- Travel as needed to conduct training at various H Mart locations.
- Other language skills at a business proficiency (Korean, Chinese, or Spanish) or another language is preferred.
