The Patient Care Coordination Associate is crucial in overseeing the patient check-in procedure, updating personal and insurance records in our systems, managing a multi-line phone system, organizing patient files, and processing co-pays and cash transactions.

- Welcome patients, check them in, and verify insurance information
- Digitally scan documents into electronic health records
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the reception and waiting areas
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
- Address tasks within the electronic health record system
- Order office supplies, oversee cosmetic product sales, and manage mail distribution
- Prepare for upcoming patient appointments
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years in a medical office or related environment
- Skills: Competence in basic computer operations, quick adaptability to new software, and strong organizational and communication abilities
- Additional Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, excellent customer service aptitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and teamwork skills
Compensation: $17-19 per hour
