Position Overview:
An employer in the aerospace sector is seeking a dedicated Aerospace Manufacturing Training Specialist to enhance their Assembly Advisement Team.
Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will leverage their extensive experience in manufacturing and assembly to facilitate the onboarding of new hires and support the development of current employees. They will play a pivotal role in driving performance enhancements within production systems.
The responsibilities include collaborating with the Manufacturing and Quality teams to create effective training plans for new employees in the field, while also acting as a mentor to ensure familiarity with daily operations.
These specialists are expected to provide comprehensive instruction, modeling, and opportunities for observation to newer team members, reinforcing their progress and professional development.
Qualifications:
It is essential for candidates to possess a robust professional background in Aerospace, particularly in areas such as Quality Inspections, Repair Station Inspections, FAA Inspections, and Avionics. Effective communication of training materials, both written and verbal, in a clear and understandable manner is crucial.
Important Note:
These candidates will not be responsible for final approvals regarding FAA or aircraft inspections, as all final audits and approvals will be managed by full-time staff.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing or Inspections
- Experience on a Flight line during pre-flight or delivery operations
- Proven track record in training, mentoring, and coaching new hires in Aerospace
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a 737 Flightline Environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Background in Quality, Repair Station, FAA, or Maintenance Inspections.
