Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assembler III to join our team at SEKISUI Aerospace. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing finish assembly processes to mass-produce commercial aircraft composite products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow job traveler instructions to assemble parts using small hand tools, bonding adhesives and assembly jigs.
• Hand wraps insulation blankets, using utility knives, foam insulation, and insulation tape.
• Performs light sanding and abrading of composite, plastic, and some metal components.
• May perform some light riveting using rivet squeezes and pop rivet guns.

Requirements:

• Fine hand motor skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of process specifications.
• Computer skills, with the ability to learn new platforms and systems.
