Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at SEKISUI Aerospace, Inc. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC equipment, including setup and monitoring machinery to produce composite parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare machine by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and engineering plans to ensure accurate production.
  • Assemble cutting tools and position them in machine spindles, selecting part holding fixtures as needed.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as necessary to produce desired results.
  • Clean machine, tooling, and parts to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with CNC equipment.
  • Previous experience or training using 3 and 5-axis CNC routing machines is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to loud sounds and vibrations.
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
