About the Role

The Memphis Grizzlies are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager, Client Relations to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our MVP season ticket holders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retention and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed all yearly renewal, revenue, and fan satisfaction goals for assigned account base.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our MVP season ticket holders, responding to and resolving all customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with assigned account base through proactive communication, including seat visits, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Account Management: Understand, at individual levels, the changing needs, demographics, and wants of assigned account base, and develop customized programs, events, and benefits to drive loyalty within our season ticket holder base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting information on renewal intent, ticket usage, and other service-related initiatives to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of customer service and account management experience, accompanied by a strong commitment to proven sales results and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization.
