Position Summary: As a Sales Representative at First Fruits Construction, you will represent our company, engaging directly with homeowners to present and promote roofing projects. Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, fostering relationships, and driving sales by offering our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Visit residential areas impacted by storms to identify potential clients and introduce them to our roofing services. Use effective communication techniques to generate interest and schedule consultations.
  • Product Presentation: Inform homeowners about our roofing solutions, emphasizing key benefits and unique features. Customize presentations to address specific customer needs and concerns.
  • Lead Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, follow up with leads promptly, and track sales progress using company CRM tools.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage the construction of your projects, ensuring proper material delivery, job scope, and project quality.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to build trust and encourage referrals. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive sales strategies and diligent follow-up efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to share insights, report on progress, and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales or a similar direct sales role, preferably in the home improvement or roofing sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
