Your Role:
As the Community Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes.
- Overseeing and mentoring property staff.
- Enforcing community regulations.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Fostering a positive atmosphere within the community.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in Manufactured Housing or Property Management.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- The ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure situations.
- The willingness to reside on-site.
- A knack for identifying improvement opportunities and proposing enhancements to operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with NetSuite or Manage America, along with a solid understanding of manufactured housing.
