Job Title: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Talent Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team as a Talent Management Lead. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud projects, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct business process analysis, document decisions, and configure requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop and implement configuration and design recommendations for Oracle HCM Cloud, sharing best practices with the team.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budgets, resolving issues and ensuring project success.
  • Lead testing, write test scripts, stage testing data, and resolve testing issues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a proven track record of delivering projects through the full project lifecycle for Talent Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, Time & Labor (OTL), and/or Payroll is a plus.
  • 5+ years of cloud technology implementation and project management experience, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support and sales scoping is a plus.
  • Experience in eBS or PeopleSoft is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of business processes within HR at all levels (Employee, Managers, and HR Business Partners).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-first philosophy and a commitment to innovation, excellence, and integrity.
  • Problem analysis, decision-making, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to companies virtually and onsite.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a self-starter mentality.
Work Environment:
  • This is a home-based position, requiring a home office with a reliable internet connection.
  • Job Type: On Demand, As Needed for Projects.
  • Employment Status: Contractor.
  • Work Status: Must be eligible to work in the US, with no sponsorship available.
  • Travel: This position will require travel to US client locations (25%), with no sponsorship available.
